**SEASONAL**
Yearly	$1100.00 plus tax An additional $20.00 per month charge will apply for running electric heaters, fireplaces, air conditioners, outside fridges, electric water heaters, etc.

Seasonal campers are requested to keep their own lots mowed and clipped as required. (Mower and clippers available, if needed.)
Waste Management garbage pick-up requires all garbage to be sorted.
